Preliminary Design Documents . $1000 Preliminary design documents include: preliminary site plan, floor plan layout, and front elevation. This fee will be applied to the balance if construction documents are ordered.
Construction Documents $2.00 per sq.ft TOTAL COVERED AREA Subject to change according to area & requirements (West U, Bellaire = $2.50 per sq.ft.) $1,500 minimum Construction documents include: site plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical plans, garage, cross section, and any unusual construction details.
Interior Elevations & Details .$0.50 per sq.ft. total covered area
Miscellaneous Details $100.00 per hour Miscellaneous Details include: wrought iron details, stained glass design & drawing, and any details not covered in the above sections.
